The Dogs were able to secure two flying prototypes from the U.S. Navy's MQ-25 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle aerial refueling platform program.

The final contract was awarded to a different manufacturer so these prototypes were "rendered out of service".

Brain is able to control the two UAV's worldwide via satellite uplinks "borrowed" from various national assets. One of the benefits of being a covertly funded operation.
